About the JobPredicta Digital is hiring an SEO & PPC Manager to lead digital marketing across two brands — taking complete ownership of Predicta Analytics' digital strategy and execution, while managing a select portfolio of client accounts under Predicta Digital. This role is hands-on. You will plan, build, and execute — not delegate and report.
We want someone who has done the work, can show real results, and is ready to lead from day one.Work Model: Hybrid Team members can work from anywhere in India, with the option to use hot-desk facilities in major cities. 3 days office / 2 days remote.Occasional travel to our other office locations may be required for training, or internal meetings.Hours: Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PMKey ResponsibilitiesAccount Management (Primary Focus)Take full end-to-end ownership of SEO client accounts.Manage all deliverables and strategic direction.Lead performance reporting, client reviews and ongoing optimisation recommendations.Ensure seamless coordination between clients expectations and internal teams.SEO Execution- Conduct detailed keyword research and develop data-driven SEO strategies.
- Implement on-page and off-page optimisation to improve rankings and organic visibility.
- Troubleshoot technical SEO issues; conduct audits and enhance site performance.
- Set up conversions and tracking through GTM - Write, review and optimise content following SEO best practices.
- Prepare high-quality content briefs for SEO and PPC-aligned campaigns.
- Analyse GA/GSC data and refine strategies based on insights.
- Collaborate across delivery teams to ensure all digital initiatives are executed on time and to a high standard.PPC- Manage and optimise PPC campaigns across Google, Meta, Linked In - Analyse performance data and make ROI-driven optimisations.
- Create compelling ad copy and creatives to support campaign goals.
- Align PPC and SEO strategies for holistic growth.Skills & Experience- Minimum 3 years of SEO experience, including SEO account management.
- Strong technical SEO knowledge: audits, schema, page speed, crawlability/indexation.
- Proven ability to deliver measurable SEO outcomes end-to-end.
- Familiarity with PPC platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) is a plus.
- Proficient in GA, GSC, GTM and related digital tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational ability with the capacity to manage multiple clients.
- Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Bonus: content writing, copywriting, or social media experience.
