This position focuses on the second stage of prescription verification (PV2), providing a final review before fulfillment and shipment to patients.</p> <p><br><strong>Essential Functions and Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Prescription Verification: perform&nbsp;PV2&nbsp;verification of prescriptions to ensure accuracy, safety, and compliance with legal requirements</li> <li>Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations, including DEA and FDA guidelines, while maintaining accurate records</li> <li>Quality Assurance: Identify and resolve discrepancies or issues in prescriptions to ensure medication safety and accuracy before fulfillment</li> <li>Collaboration: Work closely with&nbsp;pharmacy&nbsp;technicians, PV1&nbsp;pharmacists, and fulfillment staff to ensure smooth operations during the shift</li> <li>Metrics Tracking: Monitor and maintain productivity metrics to align with&nbsp;pharmacy&nbsp;goals and efficiency benchmarks</li> <li>Operational Support: Assist in troubleshooting any issues related to prescription processing, verification systems, or workflow interruptions during the midnight shift</li> <li>Communication: Provide end-of-shift updates to the incoming team to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of operations</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Degree in&nbsp;Pharmacy&nbsp;from an accredited institution</li> <li>Active Florida&nbsp;pharmacist&nbsp;license</li> <li>Prior experience in a compounding&nbsp;pharmacy</li> <li>Strong understanding of medication administration and pharmacology principles&nbsp;</li> <li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Job Type:</strong>&nbsp;Full-Time</p> <p><strong>Work Location:</strong></p> <p>In person</p> <p><strong>Salary:</strong>&nbsp;$50-$60 per hour</p> <p><strong>Schedule:</strong></p> <ul> <li>9:00 am – 5:00 pm</li> <li>Monday - Friday</li> </ul> <p><strong>Ability to Commute:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Boca Raton, FL (Required)</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Why Join Us</strong></p> <p>As part of&nbsp;<strong>Precision Medicine</strong>, you'll be at the heart of an exciting transformation in the telemedicine landscape.
