If you want technical ownership, meaningful visibility, and direct healthcare impact, this is that opportunity.

  • $5M emergency travel coverage
  • 24-week parental leave top-up (up to 85% salary)
  • $2,000 annual learning & development budget
  • Remote-first across Canada + up to 90 days working abroad
  • Flexible, trust-based PTO
  • Competitive pay
  • Refer-a-friend bonus*
  • 24-hour accessibility
  • Personalized service
  • High ownership and autonomy in a growing data function
  • Opportunity to shape Azure-based data architecture
  • Direct collaboration with senior technical leaders
  • Meaningful healthcare impact at scale

What You Bring

  • Advanced SQL skills (Postgres strongly preferred)
  • Experience designing and maintaining ETL pipelines and data workflows
  • Hands-on Power BI dashboard ownership (building new dashboards and enhancing existing ones)
  • Experience with Azure Data Factory and Azure Functions
  • Strong data modelling knowledge
  • Cloud experience (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP acceptable if open to Azure)
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment
  • Eligibility to work in Canada

Preferred

  • Experience with additional Azure services (Synapse, Databricks, Fabric, storage services)
  • Healthcare or regulated industry experience
  • Startup or high-growth company background
  • Microsoft data certifications

What You’ll Be Building

You’ll design and scale the data infrastructure powering a global healthcare SaaS platform.

Your impact will include:

  • Building and optimizing Spark-based data pipelines
  • Writing Python and SQL to transform and model production data
  • Designing scalable data models to support reporting and analytics
  • Owning and enhancing Power BI dashboards used across the business
  • Improving performance, reliability, and governance of Azure data workflows
