Job description
At Postboy Studios, we’re looking for a designer who can animate, or an animator who understands design — ideally both.
This is not a “just execute briefs” role. We want someone who can think, create, and elevate ideas visually.
🎯 What You’ll Do:
- Design creatives for digital campaigns, social media & brand content
- Convert static designs into high-quality motion graphics & animations
- Work on ad films, reels, and branded videos
- Collaborate with the team on concepts, storytelling & execution
- Take ownership from idea → execution → final output
🧠 What We’re Looking For:
- 3–4 years of experience in design + animation
- Strong command over After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator
- Good sense of design, typography, motion, and timing
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tight timelines
- Someone who’s proactive and creatively driven (not just following instructions)
⭐ Bonus Points:
- Experience with AI tools (image/video generation, prompt workflows)
- Basic knowledge of 3D / advanced animation
- Agency or content studio background
