Role Overview: Medical Customer Support

As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle inbound customer interactions, providing accurate information, resolving inquiries and ensuring a seamless and professional service experience within the healthcare domain.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls in a professional and timely manner
Assist customers with inquiries related to healthcare services and devices
Provide accurate information and effective solutions
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Document interactions and follow internal processes
Requirements
Very good command of English and Hindi (spoken & written)
Previous experience in the medical / healthcare field is a must
Experience supporting CGM (Continuous Glucose Monitoring) and BGM (Blood Glucose Monitoring) devices is highly preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work remotely with high accountability
Customer-focused mindset
