Desired Candidate Profile

• B.E / B.Tech / M.Tech in Chemical Engineering
• 8–12 years experience in Chemical / Process Industry
• Salary: ₹5 to 8 LPA

We are looking for an experienced Process Engineer to lead Technology Transfer, Process Optimization, and New Product Development initiatives in a chemical manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle technology transfer and scale-up from lab to pilot to plant level
• Drive process optimization, cycle time reduction & cost of production improvement
• Lead new product development (NPD) and pilot scale-up trials
• Perform mass balance & heat calculations, and process validations
• Prepare SOPs, Process Flow Diagrams (PFD), and Process Reports
• Conduct equipment sizing and feasibility studies for project execution
• Develop PFDs, heat & material balances, and review P&IDs with utility estimation
• Execute FEED-level calculations and utility system design
• Optimize cooling water systems (pipeline, pump head, flow rate analysis)
• Participate in HAZOP, risk assessments & relief load calculations
• Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance & Engineering teams
• Drive energy optimization and cost reduction initiatives
• Support process simulation, validation, and continuous improvement programs
