We are looking for a highly driven Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and scale multiple performance marketing channels including Search, Social, and Outbound (Push/WhatsApp). This role requires a strong balance of analytical thinking, execution excellence, and creative communication, along with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own and manage end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across:

Paid Search (Google Ads, Bing, etc.)

Paid Social (Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, etc.)

Outbound channels (Push Notifications, WhatsApp)

  • Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize campaigns to drive performance metrics such as ROI, CPA, conversions, and growth
  • Analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights and recommend optimizations
  • Work cross-functionally to align marketing initiatives with business goals
  • Ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and performance measurement across channels
  • Quickly ramp up on new platforms, tools, and campaign structures as required
  • Operate with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and bias for action

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience managing multiple performance marketing channels simultaneously
  • Hands-on experience in cross-channel campaign execution and optimization (Search, Social, and Outbound)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and logical thinking skills
  • Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Creative mindset with clear and effective communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-ownership environments

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience managing large-scale or high-impact performance campaigns
  • Exposure to experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, and funnel optimization
  • Experience working in high-growth, tech-driven environments
