Job position: Assistant Manager level
Job Location: Gurgaon and open to travel in Delhi NCR and within India.
Role Purpose: Identifying & Understanding Risk, Preparing RFQ and Comparative, negotiating with
Insurers pricing, insurer benefit designing for corporate clients for EB products, Sales support
Job description
- Preparation of RFQ and proposals of EB products’. i.e. GPA, GMC and procuring the competitive quotes from respective insurers.
- Deep analysis of claims MIS and terms and conditions to Evaluate and present the risk to insurance companies
- Pricing negotiation with insurers and understand the cost saving discounting factors
- Preparation of QCR and placement slips and quotes presentations
- Working with client facing colleagues to understand client&requirements and provide end to end solution for placing the business with the insurers i.e. generating quotes, preparing a comparative statement, follow up and policy vetting.
- Identifying risk exposures of the client, understanding the insurance requirements and providing them with insurance solutions.
- Timely meeting with insurers/clients stakeholders and making good relationship with them
- Good hold on PSU insurers and deep understanding of their working i.e. PSU calculators, PSU
HO/RO/DO formats
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Average 5 years stable experience in the Insurance industry to manage insurer relationship and EB placement or Client servicing in broker or TPA
- Minimum Graduate or MBA in insurance will be plus.
- Goal oriented with positive attitude, sincere, hard- working and ambitious.
- Highly effective verbal and written communication with clarity of thought and expression.
- Person should be good in MS excel and MS office.
- Person should be good in analytics
- Very good hold on PSU, DO, RO, offices
