Job Description
- Under supervision, administers and executes non-annual incentive compensation.
- Executes day to day administration of non-annual incentive compensation for applicable business segments within the organization.
- Monitors compliance with internal controls through auditing and testing of incentive inputs and outputs. Provides applicable analytics and modeling to support overall organizational financial and operational soundness.
- Leverages various forms of technology in support of incentive calculations and analytics for applicable business segments.
- Provides day to day research and communication for field inquiries. Leads business-specific projects designed to enhance employee awareness and understanding.

Base Salary: $41,250.00 – $68,750.00
