Logistics Fleet Manager

Our client, a leading logistics and supply chain provider, is seeking a proactive and experienced Logistics Fleet Manager to oversee operations in Gurugram, Haryana, IN . This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient, safe, and cost-effective management of our vehicle fleet. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of fleet operations, regulatory compliance, and team leadership within the transportation industry.

The Logistics Fleet Manager will be responsible for the daily management of the fleet, including vehicle maintenance scheduling, driver management, and route optimization. You will ensure all vehicles comply with safety regulations and industry standards, coordinating regular inspections and necessary repairs. Driver recruitment, training, and performance management will be key aspects of the role, fostering a culture of safety and efficiency. Proven experience in managing large vehicle fleets, strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, DOT regulations, and driver management principles are essential.
