Account Manager- CS- Saket, Delhi- Advertising Agency

Location: Saket, Delhi

KEY RESPONSBILITIES

• Creative direction and quality control for accounts and team – social media, digital and design
• Aligning and executing against agency strategy and vision
• Building and maintaining client relationships
• Recruiting, developing and nurturing talent pool
• Overseeing operations and optimizing processes.

BUSINESS/CLIENT MANAGEMENT: 1. Supervise overall process management and quality control across agency accounts along with the reporting team as per targets a. Define important milestones (KPIs) for accounts and projects 2.

Regularly monitor and intervene in the performance of client accounts basis observations and milestones to ensure optimum results and quality of content 3. Ideation and creative strategy including campaign development for key accounts 4. Be available as Senior POC for client interactions including crisis.

• To collaborate and advise on key areas of concern that may require intervention with the management, as well as key opportunities that can be leveraged 6. Check for accuracy, timeliness, and quality of content delivered by managers including monthly reports and documentation TEAM MANAGEMENT: 1. Conduct day-to-day management of campaigns and ensure consistency.
• Regular check-ins with the team to problem solve and ensure consistency in efforts mapped against their KRAs and KPIs i. This could be in terms of regular account wise and individual catch-ups 3. Encourage collaboration across teams to ensure consistency in results and efforts 3. Monitor the team’s progress & hold regular reviews with the team members against their KRAs and performance - monthly 4. Help in the selecting, recruiting, and onboarding of key team members.
• Suggest and implement new features and processes to improve team efficiency including learning and development programs + team development and organizational structuring SKILLS &

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
