If you have at least 6 months of experience in customer support (chat preferred) and a typing speed of 35 WPM+, this could be a great opportunity to work in an international process with 5 days working and rotational shifts. In this role, you’ll be handling customer queries via live chat, resolving issues efficiently, managing multiple conversations, and ensuring a seamless customer experience while meeting SLA and quality standards. 🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer queries via live chat in a timely and professional manner
• Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction
• Provide accurate information about products/services
• Handle multiple chat interactions simultaneously
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams
• Meet SLA timelines and maintain quality standards
• Keep proper records of customer interactions
• Suggest improvements to enhance customer experience 👀 Who We’re Looking For:
