Pickup Canada Express Kitchen Inc. is a quick-service restaurant and takeout-focused food business serving customers through fast, reliable pickup and delivery order support. We are looking for a dependable and professional Delivery Driver / Courier to help deliver customer orders safely, accurately, and on time across the Mississauga area.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys driving, providing excellent customer service, and working in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The successful candidate will represent our brand professionally while ensuring every order is handled with care from pickup to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Pick up prepared food orders from the restaurant and deliver them to customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure all orders are accurate, complete, properly packaged, and handled with care before delivery.
• Follow assigned delivery routes using GPS, navigation apps, and delivery instructions.
• Provide friendly and respectful customer service during every delivery interaction.
• Communicate clearly with restaurant staff, dispatch, and customers regarding order status, delays, or delivery issues.
• Follow all traffic laws, safe-driving practices, and company delivery procedures.
• Maintain proper food-handling awareness during transport to help preserve order quality and presentation.
• Confirm delivery details and complete proof-of-delivery steps when required.
• Keep delivery bags, assigned equipment, and vehicle areas clean and organized.
• Assist with basic restaurant support tasks between deliveries when needed, such as order packing, organizing pickup orders, or keeping the delivery area tidy.
• Report customer concerns, delivery problems, vehicle issues, or route delays promptly.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while representing the company.

Requirements

• Valid Ontario driver’s licence.
• Clean and safe driving record.
• Reliable vehicle, valid insurance, and the ability to use your vehicle for local deliveries.
• Previous experience as a delivery driver, courier, food delivery driver, restaurant driver, or rideshare driver is an asset.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable using GPS, smartphone apps, maps, and delivery instructions.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions accurately.
• Comfortable working during busy restaurant periods, evenings, weekends, and varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift and carry food orders, delivery bags, and light supplies as needed.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with restaurant, takeout, or quick-service food delivery.
• Familiarity with Mississauga roads, neighbourhoods, and surrounding delivery areas.
• Food Handler Certification is an asset but not required.
• Experience using delivery platforms or order-management systems is an asset.
• Flexible availability for lunch, dinner, evening, and weekend shifts.
