HVAC Technician – Pharma Company (India)

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain AHU, FCU, Chillers, Cooling Towers, Exhaust Systems, and Ventilation Units
• Monitor temperature, humidity, and differential pressure in production and cleanroom areas
• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of HVAC equipment
• Replace filters such as HEPA, fine, and pre-filters
• Check and maintain ducting, dampers, valves, and insulation
• Maintain HVAC logs and daily monitoring records
• Support HVAC system qualification and validation activities
• Coordinate with QA for environmental monitoring compliance
• Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and SOP standards

Required Skills

• Knowledge of cleanroom HVAC systems
• Understanding of GMP requirements in pharma
• Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
• Ability to read HVAC drawings and P&ID; diagrams
• Troubleshooting and preventive maintenance skills

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
