What will my impact be?
As our Content Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how the market engages with and perceives PheedLoop. Your work will help establish us as trusted domain experts by translating audience and industry insights into writing that truly resonates with event professionals. Through strategic, high-quality content, you’ll elevate our organic search presence, increase brand awareness, and drive measurable demand by helping prospects find us more easily and see us as an authority worth listening to.
You’ll dive into the minds, language, challenges, and workflows of our target audiences to create content that answers real questions, introduces fresh perspectives, and outperforms top-ranking competitor content. Working closely with our Marketing Lead, you’ll help shape and execute our content strategy and roadmap, ensuring every piece contributes meaningfully to our audience, and the growth and visibility of PheedLoop.
Your Day to Day
Content Strategy & Execution
- Own and execute PheedLoop’s content strategy and roadmap across blogs, case studies, e-books, whitepapers, and other content marketing assets and initiatives
- Plan, research, produce, and publish compelling, SEO-driven content to drive organic traffic and lead generation and engage our target audiences
- Regularly analyze competitor content to identify gaps, opportunities, and areas where PheedLoop can bring stronger expertise
- Update and optimize existing content to improve accuracy, relevancy, search performance and conversion rates
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice across all content types
- Coordinate content timelines and maintain an organized editorial calendar.
SEO, Website Performance & Reporting
- Conduct keyword and market research to identify high-impact content opportunities
- Optimize technical/on-page SEO elements (titles, meta descriptions, headers, linking, readability)
- Work with the website team to ensure all content is structured for strong SEO performance
- Own, track, analyze and report on content performance metrics using analytics tools to make data-driven improvements
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Support the broader marketing team with content that helps drive other marketing initiatives and channels (e.g., social media, customer marketing, partnership marketing, copy for paid campaigns, etc.)
- Work closely with the sales, product, and customer success teams to translate product updates, customer stories, and feature releases into compelling content
- Partner with the design team to create graphics, illustrations, and visuals that complement written content
Brand and Messaging
- Deeply understand PheedLoop’s products, value propositions, customers and user personas to ensure all content supports our brand and growth goals
- Contribute to developing messaging frameworks and positioning for new features, launches, and campaigns
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in content marketing & SEO, or a related field
- Outstanding writing ability with experience producing blog posts, case studies, other marketing content, or other long-form written content
- A commitment to quality and original thinking—not just producing content, but producing content worth reading
- You’re energized by understanding an audience deeply—diving into their worlds, workflows, pain points, and language to produce content that adds fresh perspective to the conversation rather than repeating what’s already out there
- Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals and how content supports search performance and business growth
- Strong research ability to conduct industry, market, customer and topical research
- Strong keyword research ability and experience using common SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google
