Content Operations Manager

Pexaworks is an AI-first digital technology company building high-growth digital brands, AI-powered media systems, and modern online experiences for global markets.

We are not hiring a traditional content writer or social media manager.

We are looking for a Content Operations Manager — someone who can strategically manage AI-generated content, maintain brand quality, optimize performance, and scale digital content operations across YouTube, blogs, and publishing platforms.

This role is perfect for someone who understands content deeply, thinks strategically, and knows how to guide AI rather than manually create content.

What You’ll Do

• Manage AI-powered content pipelines across YouTube, blogs, and digital publishing platforms
• Review AI-generated content and ensure quality, consistency, and brand alignment
• Plan content calendars, publishing schedules, and campaign priorities
• Monitor YouTube Analytics, CTR, watch time, engagement, and content performance
• Identify trending opportunities and improve AI content outputs
• Manage workflows using Notion, WordPress, KDP, and publishing tools
• Maintain and improve brand voice across multiple digital brands
• Coordinate with automation and content systems to ensure smooth execution

Required Skills

• Experience in content management, YouTube operations, editorial workflows, or digital marketing
• Strong understanding of YouTube content strategy and analytics
• Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.
• Familiarity with Notion, WordPress, Google Analytics, and content scheduling tools
• Excellent organizational and decision-making skills
• Ability to quickly identify low-quality or off-brand AI-generated content
• Strong attention to detail and content judgment

Bonus Skills

• Experience managing faceless YouTube channels
• Familiarity with Amazon KDP or digital publishing
• Basic understanding of automation tools like n8n or Zapier
• Knowledge of SEO and content performance optimization
