Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive

Department: Human Resources (HR)

Location: Attingal, Kerala

Reporting To: HR Manager / HR Head

Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, with a focus on sourcing and hiring Hindi-speaking candidates for various roles, especially field and operational positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand hiring requirements and workforce needs
• Source Hindi-speaking candidates through job portals, social media, and local channels
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
• Schedule and coordinate interviews (online & walk-in)
• Conduct initial HR interviews in Hindi and English
• Handle bulk hiring for field staff (car washing, operations, etc.)
• Issue offer letters and manage onboarding process
• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates until joining
• Handle documentation and joining formalities
• Maintain recruitment data and generate reports

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA in HR preferred)
• 0–3 years of experience (Freshers can also apply)
• Fluency in Hindi is mandatory (English & Malayalam preferred)
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and job portals
