Job Description
Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive
Department: Human Resources (HR)
Location: Attingal, Kerala
Reporting To: HR Manager / HR Head
Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, with a focus on sourcing and hiring Hindi-speaking candidates for various roles, especially field and operational positions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand hiring requirements and workforce needs
- Source Hindi-speaking candidates through job portals, social media, and local channels
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
- Schedule and coordinate interviews (online & walk-in)
- Conduct initial HR interviews in Hindi and English
- Handle bulk hiring for field staff (car washing, operations, etc.)
- Issue offer letters and manage onboarding process
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates until joining
- Handle documentation and joining formalities
- Maintain recruitment data and generate reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA in HR preferred)
- 0–3 years of experience (Freshers can also apply)
- Fluency in Hindi is mandatory (English & Malayalam preferred)
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and job portals
