About Position:

We are looking for a highly skilled Service Reliability Engineer to design, automate, and operate large‑scale, mission‑critical infrastructure across global data centers and cloud environments such as AWS and Azure. In this role, you will ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of our production systems while contributing to continuous improvements in automation, monitoring, and overall infrastructure quality

What You'll Do

• Design, deploy, and support Microsoft Exchange environments integrated with archiving solutions.
• Manage and maintain a global 24×7 multi‑site infrastructure across Linux and Windows systems.
• Build automation for provisioning, monitoring, deployments, and overall infrastructure operations.
• Support and administer VMware vSphere environments to ensure system stability and performance.
• Collaborate with Development, QA, and Operations teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.
• Implement and enhance security, monitoring, alerting, and reporting capabilities across all infrastructure layers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues, driving root‑cause analysis and long‑term improvements.
• Perform capacity planning and ensure the scalability of compute, storage, and network resources.
• Evaluate new technologies, tools, and infrastructure solutions to drive innovation.
• Maintain detailed documentation, processes, and best practices for smooth production operations.
• Participate in on‑call rotations and provide escalation support when needed.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Deep hands‑on experience with Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory, including DAG, clustering, DNS, LDAP, DHCP, and core Windows Server services.
• Strong Windows and Linux systems engineering skills with experience managing large, distributed, 24×7 production environments.
• Practical knowledge of AWS or Azure cloud platforms, including provisioning, scaling, and operating workloads in the cloud.
• Proficiency in automation and scripting to build tools, streamline operations, and support CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, SMTP, DNS, NFS, SMB, and related protocols.
• Experience with VMware vSphere administration and virtualization best practices.
• Ability to analyze complex issues, troubleshoot escalations, and drive root‑cause analysis.
• Strong communication, documentation, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• A proactive, detail‑oriented mindset with ownership, curiosity, and a passion for infrastructure reliability.
