Backend PHP & Frontend JavaScript Developer

Role Overview:

You will be working as a PHP Developer with a strong backend skillset in PHP (Laravel/Symfony) and modern frontend expertise in React and either Vue or Angular. The ideal candidate should have a full-stack mindset with additional experience in MongoDB. Your role will require you to work till 11:30 PM due to frequent client interactions. The job is based in Hyderabad and Pune and requires 6 to 8 years of experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop end-to-end features encompassing both Backend and Frontend
• Write scalable and maintainable code
• Participate in technical design, code reviews, and mentoring
• Construct REST APIs and UI components
• Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and Architects for project success
• Optimize performance and security of applications

Qualifications Required:

• Proficiency in PHP (Laravel/Symfony) and building REST APIs
• Strong knowledge of React, Vue.Js or similar client-side JavaScript frameworks
• Experience in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
• Full-stack exposure with Node.Js
• Familiarity with MongoDB / NoSQL databases
• Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD, and Cloud technologies
• Understanding of HCM and Payroll domains
