Lead Carpenter

The Lead Carpenter plays a crucial role in managing residential construction projects by overseeing a small team of 2-5 carpenters. This role requires frequent travel to project sites and involves a balanced approach to tool usage, incorporating both personal and company-provided equipment. Responsibilities
