Position Details:

Position Summary:

Our Warehouse Associates are essential to our operations. You will actively and safely manage the flow of products, ensuring quality standards are met. As a Selector, you will handle products between the loading dock and warehouse, utilizing equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing work schedules and obtaining necessary supplies for operations.
• Performing safety checks on equipment and wearing all required Personal Protective Equipment.
• Efficiently selecting stock items from racks and placing them on pallets as required.
• Transporting completed orders to the shipping dock staging area and preparing them for shipment.
• Maintaining productivity and accuracy standards as per company guidelines.
• Ensuring a safe work area by promptly reporting any unsafe conditions.
• Completing all necessary paperwork at the end of your shift.
• Performing other related duties as assigned.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Experience operating electric pallet jacks.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work assigned shifts, including overtime as required.
• Ability to lift and maneuver products weighing 10-100 lbs regularly throughout the shift.
• Capability to work in different temperature environments (dry, cooler, freezer).
• Must pass a post-offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Ability to obtain EPJ certification during the training period.
• Capacity to complete required training independently.
