Strategic Advisor (Public Sector) (India)

Job Summary

You will be part of the Government & Public Sector (GPS) practice, working on high-impact engagements that shape policy, enable transformation, and drive growth within the Education ecosystem.

As a Manager, you will lead strategic initiatives, advise government and public institutions, and contribute to solving complex challenges through data-driven insights and structured problem-solving.

Location: Kochi & Trivandrum

Key Responsibilities

• 7+ years experience in Lead strategy consulting engagements for government and public sector clients
• Drive market entry, growth strategy, and expansion initiatives
• Deliver Commercial Due Diligence (CDD) and feasibility studies
• Develop Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies and opportunity assessments
• Design operating models, transformation roadmaps, and policy frameworks
• Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring quality and timeliness
• Engage with senior stakeholders across government and institutions
• Lead and mentor high-performing teams
• Contribute to business development, proposals, and thought leadership
