About the role
People Edge/Talentkraft HR is an executive search and RPO firm delivering talent across the Middle East, Africa, and India. We're looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant who can own complex mandates end-to-end — from intake to offer — across both the India and GCC markets. This is a delivery-heavy, autonomy-heavy role for someone who thrives on hard-to-fill roles and can run a desk without hand-holding.
What you'll do
- Manage a portfolio of live mandates across functions and seniority levels — from specialist individual contributors to leadership hires
- Run deep, structured sourcing campaigns: advanced Boolean, LinkedIn X-ray, talent-mapping, and proactive headhunting beyond active applicants
- Own the full lifecycle independently — JD calibration, market mapping, screening, assessment, shortlist presentation, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and close
- Calibrate roles directly with clients and hiring managers, push back on unrealistic briefs, and reframe requirements where the market demands it
- Build and present blind/format-ready shortlists with clear, evidence-based candidate evaluations
- Navigate India and Middle East hiring nuances — visa/relocation dynamics, notice periods, salary benchmarking, nationality/clearance considerations in the GCC
- Maintain pipeline hygiene and keep stakeholders updated with crisp status reporting
What you'll bring
- 8+ years in agency recruitment / executive search, with a track record of independent closes on complex or niche roles
- Hands-on mastery of LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean, X-ray strings, talent mapping) — this is non-negotiable
- Working knowledge of both the India and Middle East talent markets and the ability to switch context fluently between them
- Genuine versatility — comfortable recruiting across functions and industries rather than a single vertical
- Strong stakeholder management and the confidence to advise clients, not just take orders
- Sharp candidate-assessment judgment and clean, professional presentation of shortlists
- Self-starter who owns outcomes and delivers with minimal supervision
Nice to have
- GCC market exposure (UAE, KSA, Qatar) and familiarity with regional clearance/security workflows
- RPO or embedded-recruitment delivery experience
- Experience with ATS/CRM platforms and structured candidate trackers
Location & work mode
This is a full-time, work-from-office role based at our Baner, Pune office. No hybrid or remote option.
