Job Title: Logistics & Despatch Officer
Job Type: Full-time
Job Summary
Seeking dedicated Logistics & Dispatch Officer responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the dispatch of finished goods while ensuring timely deliveries, accurate documentation, vehicle coordination, and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute daily dispatch schedules as per customer requirements.
- Verify quantity, specifications, and quality before dispatch.
- Monitor dispatch timelines and ensure on-time deliveries.
- Coordinate with transporters for vehicle placement and transit updates.
- Ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Prepare and verify Dispatch Challans, Delivery Challans, Tax Invoices, E-Way Bills, LR (Lorry Receipt), Packing Lists, and other dispatch documents.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and customer documentation requirements.
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PG Diploma in Logistics is preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, or supply chain, preferably in a manufacturing industry.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of dispatch documentation, E-Way Bills, GST documentation, and transport coordination.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP/SAP/Tally (preferred).
