About the Role

Phase 9 Audio Visual is looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to build our online presence, showcase our event productions, and generate business leads through social media. The ideal candidate should be passionate about content creation, branding, and digital marketing, with experience in promoting corporate events and audio-visual services.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
Capture high-quality photos and videos during corporate events, conferences, weddings, cultural events, and live productions.
Edit reels, short videos, and promotional content using professional editing tools.
Design creative graphics, banners, and social media posts.
Develop a monthly content calendar and schedule posts.
Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries promptly.
Grow followers, engagement, and brand awareness organically.
Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and LinkedIn.
Monitor analytics and prepare monthly performance reports.
Stay updated on the latest social media trends and recommend new ideas.
Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to promote upcoming events and successful projects.

Required Skills

Experience managing Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar editing software.
Photography and videography skills are preferred.
Understanding of social media algorithms and content strategies.
Basic knowledge of Meta Ads and digital marketing.
Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada (Hindi is an advantage).
Creativity, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Digital Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.

Increase social media followers.
Achieve consistent engagement growth across all platforms.
