The ideal candidate will have a Company Secretary (CS) qualification and between 0-3 years of experience in compliance or a related field. This role is crucial in ensuring our organization adheres to regulatory standards and internal policies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct compliance audits and assessments to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
• Prepare and maintain compliance documentation and reports.
• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting the organization.
• Provide training and support to staff on compliance matters.

Skills and Qualifications

• Company Secretary (CS) qualification is mandatory.
