Elevate learning for students with disabilities in the REAL program. This full-time teaching role combines effective programming, individualized strategies, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
In this teaching position, you will design and deliver tailored educational experiences that address the needs of students with severe and multiple disabilities. You will work closely with classroom staff, families, and community agencies to foster a supportive learning environment. Your skills in assessment and planning will be vital in implementing Individual Program Plans (IPP) and promoting positive engagement.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Education
- Valid Alberta Teaching Certificate required
- Experience teaching students with severe disabilities
- Non-Violent Crisis Intervention Certificate mandatory
- Strong communication skills essential
