Job Description

Job Title: Senior Product Manager, Mobile Apps

Location: 100% Remote, Canada

Experience: 5+ Years

Rate: $65 - $70 CAD per hour

Role Summary

We are hiring for this role where the selected candidate will lead mobile product strategy for customer loyalty and rewards platforms. This position will focus on driving user engagement, retention, and lifecycle value through scalable iOS and Android applications that power loyalty programs and digital rewards ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the mobile product strategy for loyalty and rewards platforms
  • Build and manage a prioritized roadmap focused on customer engagement and retention
  • Lead backlog management and sprint planning to deliver high-impact loyalty features
  • Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for mobile loyalty capabilities
  • Work closely with engineering teams to deliver scalable iOS and Android applications supporting loyalty programs
  • Collaborate with UX and design teams to create intuitive, high-performing mobile loyalty experiences
  • Plan releases and manage App Store and Play Store deployment cycles
  • Define and track KPIs such as DAU, MAU, retention rate, redemption rate, and customer lifetime value
  • Use mobile analytics and user insights to continuously optimize loyalty journeys
  • Ensure compliance with mobile security standards and platform guidelines
  • Manage third-party SDKs, loyalty integrations, and vendor relationships
  • Maintain structured product documentation for loyalty program features and enhancements

Must-Have Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in product management for mobile applications
  • Proven experience working on mobile loyalty programs or rewards platforms
  • Experience delivering iOS and Android applications at scale
  • Strong experience working in Agile environments such as Scrum or Kanban
  • Experience managing product backlogs and sprint planning
  • Ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using mobile analytics tools and engagement metrics
  • Experience defining mobile roadmaps and release strategies
  • Ability to define and track customer retention, engagement, and loyalty KPIs
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with App Store Optimization strategies
  • Experience integrating third-party APIs and SDKs
  • Exposure to financial services or other regulated industries
  • Knowledge of mobile accessibility and compliance standards
