Paragon are working with a leading global quantitative and systematic investment manager is seeking a Network Operations Engineer to join its high-performing infrastructure team.

The Role

As part of our global Network Operations team, you will ensure the stability and reliability of a mission-critical network spanning low-latency trading, high-performance computing, and global WAN environments. Working in a 24/7 operational setting, you will:

• Monitor, triage, and troubleshoot network incidents within strict SLAs
• Support high-priority incidents through to resolution alongside SMEs and vendors
• Own end-to-end hardware failure processes
• Perform BAU and out-of-hours operational changes
• Drive proactive detection through monitoring and trend analysis
• Conduct post-incident reviews to enhance resilience and reliability
