Position Description:

At PAR Technology, we’re building a Total Rewards function that connects data, design, and business performance. The Total Rewards Analyst will support the design, analysis, and delivery of compensation, benefits, equity, and recognition programs that help our employees thrive and our business grow.

Position Location:

Remotely based in our hub locations or for internal candidates, additional locations where collaboration and time-zone alignment will allow effective partnership with the broader HR and business teams.

Hub locations: Austin, TX, Philadelphia, PA, Minneapolis, MN, Chicago, IL, Champaign, IL, and Central New York (Albany, Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse, New Hartford).

Senior Compensation Analyst

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in compensation, benefits, equity, or total rewards analysis with education grounded in HR, Finance, Business, Economics or related field.
  • Strong analytical, financial modeling, and data visualization skills (Excel, Power BI, or similar).
  • Interest in using AI and analytics to enhance reporting, insight generation, and program efficiency.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to partner effectively with HR, Finance, and business leaders.
  • Organized, curious, eager to learn and thrives in a fast-paced, growth environment where iteration and improvement are part of the culture.

Unleash your potential: What you will be doing and owning:

  • Lead analysis and administration of core total rewards programs such as retirement, equity, and other perks/benefits, ensuring competitiveness, compliance, and operational excellence.
  • Support the design, analysis, and rollout of total rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, equity, and recognition, to align with business strategy and employee engagement.
  • Conduct benchmarking, financial modeling, and ROI analysis to inform program decisions and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate across HR, Finance, Legal and People Operations to ensure governance, compliance, and seamless program execution.
  • Assist with M&A due diligence and integration, analyzing acquired programs and helping harmonize benefits and equity structures.
  • Develop dashboards and reports that track program performance, utilization, and employee sentiment, providing insights for leadership.
  • Leverage data and emerging AI tools to automate analysis and enhance accuracy and insight generation.
