Role Description

This on-site, full-time Sales and Marketing role is based in Maharashtra, India. The individual will be responsible for engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and presenting suitable real estate solutions. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting new leads, providing excellent customer service, guiding clients throughout the buying or selling process, meeting sales goals, and supporting marketing initiatives to promote properties and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any field
• Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or Sales background preferred
• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in speaking with clients and understanding their requirements
• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office, email, and internet use
• Willingness to learn about construction projects, real estate sales, and site visits
• Ability to follow up with clients and maintain good relationships
• Positive attitude and professional behavior
• Prior experience or internship in sales, real estate, construction, or customer service is a plus but not required
