Role Description

This on-site, full-time Sales and Marketing role is based in Maharashtra, India. The individual will be responsible for engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and presenting suitable real estate solutions. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting new leads, providing excellent customer service, guiding clients throughout the buying or selling process, meeting sales goals, and supporting marketing initiatives to promote properties and services.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs.
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to meet targets and develop strategies for client acquisition and retention.
• Ability to provide Training for clients and colleagues to ensure streamlined processes and effective teamwork.
• Organizational and problem-solving skills to simplify real estate transactions and deliver seamless client experiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Prior experience in sales or real estate is an advantage.
