Senior Video Editor

Job Title: Senior Video Editor Location: Onsite - Koregaon Park, Pune Department: Creative Role Overview: We are seeking a Senior Video Editor with 3-5 years of experience to drive post-production across campaigns, social media, and performance content.

The role requires a strong sense of storytelling, sharp editing instincts, and the ability to translate creative direction into polished, high-impact visual outputs.

Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end video editing across campaigns, digital content, and performance marketing assets Translate briefs into engaging visual narratives with strong pacing, rhythm, and storytelling Collaborate closely with videographers, designers, and the creative team to ensure cohesive output Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and meeting timelines Oversee color correction, sound design, and overall finishing quality Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all video content Adapt and optimize edits for different platforms (Instagram, You Tube, ads, etc.) Stay updated with evolving formats, editing styles, and content trends Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in video editing (brand, agency, or content studio) Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and/or Da Vinci Resolve Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, transitions, and sound Ability to interpret creative direction and execute with clarity and precision Strong attention to detail and quality A strong portfolio of different kinds of work samples Preferred Skills: Basic motion graphics and animation skills Experience working in a fast paced agency environment Experience with fashion, lifestyle, or D2 C brands Familiarity with performance-driven content and short-form video formats Exposure to AI-assisted editing tools is a plus
