Senior Graphic Designer

Job Title: Senior Graphic Designer Location: Onsite - Koregaon Park, Pune Department: Creative Role Overview: We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with a strong global aesthetic and a deep understanding of brand identity systems.

This role requires both strategic thinking and refined execution - someone who can build, interpret, and elevate a visual language with consistency and intent.

Key Responsibilities: Lead design across brand, campaigns, digital, and communication touchpoints Contribute to building and evolving a cohesive brand identity and visual system Translate briefs into concept-driven, high-quality visual outputs Ensure consistency, precision, and a high standard of craft across all assets Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to maintain alignment in visual direction Guide and mentor junior designers where required Requirements: 4-6 years of experience in graphic design (brand, agency, or in-house) Strong portfolio demonstrating work in brand identity, visual systems, and premium design sensibility (mandatory ) Clear understanding of typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy Ability to think beyond execution and contribute to brand-building High attention to detail and consistency Preferred: Experience working on fashion, luxury, lifestyle, or D2 C brands Experience in fast paced agency environments Exposure to editorial design and visual storytelling Ability to work across both digital and print formats
