Case Manager - Legal Evidence Division

Pacston Canada is on the hunt for Case Managers to manage global immigration cases. The duty of this position is to instruct, assist, and communicate with clients to prepare all documents required. We will provide an orientation and full training after onboarding. This is an excellent opportunity for those who are interested in the law/legal field, receiving training and exposure to the field of federal law, and assisting in global talent migration.

Job Responsibilities:

• Review client documentation to identify potential gaps or inconsistencies.
• Organize and prepare application materials for submission to relevant authorities.
• Retrieve and manage documents within internal systems as required.
• Research and update supporting information used in client submissions.
• Proofread and make minor revisions to documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Communicate with clients to request additional information or clarification as needed
• Assist in drafting and editing professional and technical documentation based on internal guidelines.
• Revise materials in response to internal review processes and client feedback.
• Overtime might be needed to respond to clients' messages and finish clients’ projects on time.

Required Qualifications:

• Excellent English writing skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Outstanding client service skills.
• Proficient with G Suite, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Pro.
• The high degree of self-motivation and ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated professional demeanor.
• Excellent multitasking and time management skills.
• Have a BA or MA degree.
• Relevant internship or work experience as assets.
