Part-Time Intermediate Teacher/Tutor

Engage and inspire students as a part-time Intermediate Teacher/Tutor. Teach up to three students at various levels, utilizing online and in-person methods while adhering to established learning philosophies.

This role supports student learning in Grade 7-8 curriculum through personalized attention and professional communication. Responsibilities include filling post-lesson notes, providing daily updates, and maintaining a friendly environment. Ideal candidates will possess a degree or extensive tutoring experience, ensuring effective multitasking and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach up to three students at different levels
• Deliver classes both online and in-person
• Follow established teaching methodologies
• Fill in post-lesson notes for student records
• Communicate daily progress to students and families

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or similar certification preferred
• Experience tutoring Grade 7-8 level students
• Strong English communication skills are essential
• Good multitasking abilities to handle multiple students
• Commitment through the end of the school year
