Job Title: QA Engineer / Senior QA Engineer – FIS IBS Core Banking
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 4–8 Years
Job Summary
We are looking for a QA Engineer with hands-on experience in FIS Integrated Banking Solution (IBS Core) or similar core banking platforms. The role focuses on functional and end-to-end testing of core banking modules, ensuring high-quality delivery of banking applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand business requirements related to Core Banking / IBS modules (Accounts, Loans, Deposits, Payments, etc.)
- Design and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test data
- Perform functional, integration, system, and regression testing
- Validate end-to-end banking workflows and transactions
- Work closely with Business Analysts, Developers, and stakeholders
- Identify, log, and track defects using tools like JIRA / ALM
- Support UAT cycles and production releases
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance in banking applications
Required Skills
- Experience in FIS IBS Core / Integrated Banking Solution .
- Strong understanding of Core Banking concepts
- Hands-on experience in Manual Testing
- Experience in test case design and defect tracking tools (JIRA / ALM)
- Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation
- Understanding of SDLC & STLC
Good to Have:
- Exposure to banking integrations / payments systems
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Domain experience in Banking / Financial Services (BFSI)
