Overview A Customer Support Specialist, also known as a Customer Service Representative, is primarily responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. They act as the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance and support via various channels like phone, email, or chat.
Salary:
- Min 6 Months experience - Max 2.5 LPA
- Min 1 year of experience - Max 4 LPA
Key Highlights:
1: Min 6 months of experience in International Email/Chat Support
2: Good Communication Skills
3: 24*7 Shifts
4: 5 days working / 2 Rotational week-offs
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through Email and Chat support
- Provide prompt and accurate resolutions to customers
- Maintain high-quality customer service standards
- Ensure proper documentation of customer interactions
- Follow process guidelines and company policies
- Maintain professional communication with international customers
