We are hiring for Leading ITES Company for Customer Service Executive International Email/Chat Process Role .

Overview A Customer Support Specialist, also known as a Customer Service Representative, is primarily responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. They act as the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance and support via various channels like phone, email, or chat.

Salary:

  • Min 6 Months experience - Max 2.5 LPA
  • Min 1 year of experience - Max 4 LPA

Key Highlights:

1: Min 6 months of experience in International Email/Chat Support

2: Good Communication Skills

3: 24*7 Shifts

4: 5 days working / 2 Rotational week-offs

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries through Email and Chat support
  • Provide prompt and accurate resolutions to customers
  • Maintain high-quality customer service standards
  • Ensure proper documentation of customer interactions
  • Follow process guidelines and company policies
  • Maintain professional communication with international customers
