## The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced React Native Developer to join a UK-based Prop. Tech company that also provides innovative car services. This is a 100% remote position working on modern mobile applications for a dynamic startup environment.

## What You'll Do

You'll be at the heart of mobile app development, building and maintaining applications that make real estate and property management more efficient. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining mobile apps using React Native, collaborating with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions. You'll troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for speed and usability, integrate third-party APIs, and support mobile app deployment across both the App Store and Google Play. Beyond functionality, you'll ensure UI/UX quality and performance work seamlessly across platforms.

Bonus opportunities include contributing to web application development using React.js when needed, giving you the chance to expand your full-stack capabilities.

## Who You Are

You'll need a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in React Native development. Proficiency in React Native, Java. Script/Type. Script, and REST API integration is essential. You should understand mobile app deployment processes for both App Store and Google Play, have knowledge of front-end design patterns and UI/UX best practices, and ideally have familiarity with React.js for web development.

Experience working with real estate or property management software is an advantage and will help you hit the ground running.

This role demands strong communication and collaboration skills for working with international teams. You'll need to work independently and manage deliverables effectively in a remote environment. Being detail-oriented, proactive, and possessing strong problem-solving abilities will set you apart.

## Requirements

You must currently reside in the Philippines, have a stable internet connection, and possess a remote-ready workstation to succeed in this role.
