Home health staff nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Health Staff Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes. The ideal candidate must be willing to travel to different locations, possess excellent patient care skills, and actively support the organization's healthcare services in the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to patients in their homes as per physician instructions and company protocols.
• Monitor, assess, and document patients' health conditions and report any changes promptly.
• Administer medications, injections, dressings, and other nursing procedures as required.
• Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans, medication adherence, and preventive healthcare practices.
• Maintain accurate patient records and submit reports in a timely manner.
• Follow infection control measures and ensure patient safety at all times.
• Coordinate effectively with doctors, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Uphold patient confidentiality and maintain professional ethics and conduct.
• Participate in community outreach and support activities whenever required by the organization.

Eligibility Criteria

• B.Sc. Nursing or GNM qualification from a recognized institution.
• Valid nursing registration with the appropriate nursing council.
• Previous experience in home healthcare will be an added advantage.
• Good communication skills in Malayalam and basic English.

Mandatory Requirements

• Must be willing to travel extensively for patient visits and field duties.
• Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license.
• Must own and maintain a personal two-wheeler for official duties.
• Must be punctual, responsible, and capable of working independently.
• Should be flexible to work in different locations and shifts as assigned by the management.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
