The Division of Corporation Finance, Disclosure Review Program is seeking early career Attorney-Advisers (Disclosure Review Attorneys) with strong analytical skills and attention to detail. As an Attorney-Adviser, you will be apart of a team that is responsible for selectively reviewing filings made under the Securities Act of 1933 (Securities Act) and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (Exchange Act) to monitor and promote compliance with the applicable disclosure and accounting requirements.
