Job Description

SailPoint IAM Engineer – JML & Provisioning

A World Class Company

Osprey Life Sciences, LLC is a leading consulting and services firm specializing in providing comprehensive technology solutions for Life Sciences IT organizations. Our primary focus is on assisting these organizations in effectively and efficiently delivering solutions that support their business objectives and their mission to enhance human health and improve lives.

Overview

We are seeking a hands-on SailPoint IAM Engineer to support go-live readiness and post-launch stabilization of our Identity program. This role will construct Joiner/Mover/Leaver (JML) configuration, provisioning workflows, and connector setup within SailPoint.

The ideal candidate is a builder who has implemented SailPoint in production environments and understands how to troubleshoot real-world provisioning failures.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and own SailPoint JML lifecycle workflows
  • Build and tune provisioning/deprovisioning rules
  • Configure connectors (AD, Azure AD, Workday, enterprise apps)
  • Design and optimize access policies and approval routing
  • Support UAT and regression testing
  • Troubleshoot connector errors, attribute mapping issues, and failed provisioning events
  • Validate least-privilege access outcomes with IAM and InfoSec
  • Produce runbooks and transition documentation for operations
  • Support go-live stabilization and hypercare
  • Required Experience
  • 3+ years hands-on SailPoint (IdentityIQ or Identity Security Cloud)
  • Strong experience configuring JML lifecycle events
  • Provisioning rule development (Java for IIQ preferred)
  • Connector configuration and troubleshooting
  • Experience in regulated environments (SOX, GxP, pharma, biotech preferred)
  • Demonstrated production go-live support

This is a delivery-focused engineering role, not a governance or strategy position.

We offer an excellent compensation and benefits package with challenge and opportunity to learn, grow and contribute to a stimulating, fast-paced environment. Osprey is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status or any other characteristic protected by law.
