Role: IT Technical Writer (Mid-Level)
Location: Onsite – Washington, DC
Duration: 6 Months Contract-to-Hire
Employment Type: W2
Clearance: Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional technical writing experience
- 2+ years supporting IT operations or IT-related documentation
- Experience creating and maintaining SOPs, work instructions, knowledge articles, technical manuals, operational procedures, and project documentation
- Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and documentation
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and Visio
- Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, and/or Waterfall methodologies is preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
Work Location: On the road
