The individual will act as a Scrum Master and delivery leader, ensuring predictable execution, strong team health, and effective collaboration across hardware, firmware, cloud, and mobile teams.</p> <p>The role includes light ownership of requirements clarity and backlog structure but does not require deep technical architecture leadership.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p>1. Scrum Master (Primary Focus)</p> <p>• Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives</p> <p>• Ensure predictable and sustainable delivery</p> <p>• Remove blockers across teams</p> <p>• Drive cross-team coordination</p> <p>• Coach teams on Agile best practices</p> <p>• Foster team ownership and continuous improvement</p> <p>2. Delivery Management &amp; Execution Oversight</p> <p>• Track KPIs: predictability, cycle time, defects</p> <p>• Ensure clear sprint goals</p> <p>• Manage dependencies and risks</p> <p>• Support release planning</p> <p>3. Backlog &amp; Requirements Facilitation</p> <p>• Ensure backlog is structured and prioritized</p> <p>• Clarify requirements with stakeholders</p> <p>• Define acceptance criteria</p> <p>• Promote clear user stories</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>4.
