Job Summary
We are looking for a result-oriented Inside Sales professional with 5 years of experience in driving revenue through lead generation, client engagement, and sales conversion. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to manage the end-to-end sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, emails, and social platforms
Handle inbound and outbound sales activities
Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
Conduct product/service presentations and demos
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams for smooth execution
Track market trends and competitor activities
Required Skills
