Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on IT Manager to lead and scale our enterprise IT infrastructure, network security, and end-user computing environment.

This role requires both technical depth and leadership capability. You will own IT operations end-to-end — from networks and servers to Microsoft 365, security, and IT support — ensuring a secure, scalable, and high-availability environment for the organization.

This is not a ticket-based support role. You will drive proactive, automated, and secure IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure & Network

• Manage LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi networks
• Configure and maintain Fortinet Firewalls (FortiGate, VPN, security policies)
• Handle switches, routers, VLANs, routing & segmentation
• Ensure network uptime, performance, and security
• Monitor and troubleshoot connectivity issues

Systems & Virtualization

• Administer Windows Servers and on-prem infrastructure
• Manage Hyper-V virtualization environments
• Handle backup, DR, and high availability
• Manage file servers, DNS, DHCP, AD services

Microsoft 365 & Endpoint Management

• Manage Microsoft 365 tenant (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)
• Configure and administer:
• Intune (MDM/MAM)
• Microsoft Defender (Endpoint Security)
• Azure AD / Entra ID
• Access controls & device policies
• Manage user provisioning, onboarding & offboarding

IT Security & Compliance

• Implement endpoint security & patch management
• Drive Identity & Access Management (IAM)
• Conduct vulnerability assessments & audits
• Manage incident response and risk mitigation
• Maintain IT policies, SOPs, and documentation

IT Operations & Support

• Lead IT service desk & support team
• Ensure SLA-driven incident resolution
• Manage asset lifecycle & licensing
• Improve automation & reduce manual effort
• Implement ITSM/ticketing processes

Vendor & Budget Management

• Manage vendors, ISPs, hardware & software providers
• Handle IT budgets, renewals & license optimization
• Negotiate contracts and ensure cost efficiency

Leadership

• Build and mentor IT team
• Define IT roadmap aligned with business growth
• Support office expansion & hybrid workforce readiness
• Act as IT advisor to leadership

Required Skills

• 8–14 years in IT Infrastructure & Network Administration
• 3+ years leading teams or managing IT operations
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Fortinet Firewalls
• Hyper-V
• Microsoft 365 Tenant Administration
• Intune
• Microsoft Defender
• Active Directory / Azure AD
• Networking (VPN, VLANs, TCP/IP)
• Experience with backups, DR & monitoring tools
• Strong troubleshooting & incident management skills

Good to Have

• Azure / AWS exposure
• ISO 27001 / SOC / audit readiness
• PowerShell / automation scripting
• Experience scaling IT for growing teams
• ITIL practices
