Territory Sales Manager( Dairy Instruments)

Role Overview

We are looking for a result driven Territory Sales Manager to drive sales of milk analyzer instruments and related solutions across the assigned region. The role involves managing channel partners, developing new business in dairy sectors, and ensuring revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve territory-wise targets
• Promote and sell milk analyzers, IoT based dairy solutions, and related products
• Identify and onboard distributors, dealers, and channel partners
• Build strong relationships with:
• Dealer/Distributors
• Small milk collection centers
• Cooperative societies
• Private dairies
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations
• Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and networking
• Manage complete sales cycle: lead - negotiation - closure - payment collection
• Provide after sales coordination and ensure customer satisfaction
• Track competitor activities and market trends
• Maintain CRM records and submit regular sales reports

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, Dairy Technology, or Engineering
• Proven experience in field sales (preferably dairy equipment)
• Strong understanding of dairy ecosystem and milk procurement systems
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory
• Basic technical understanding of analytical instruments (preferred)

Job Types: Freelance, Permanent

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹50,907.19 per month
