We are seeking a highly skilled Go Lang Engineer with strong hands‑on experience in both Golang and Python to develop scalable, high‑performance applications and services. The ideal candidate should have solid backend development experience, strong problem‑solving skills, and the ability to work in fast‑paced, agile environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Golang and Python.
• Build scalable, reliable, and high‑performance microservices.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including DevOps, QA, and Product.
• Implement integrations with databases, messaging queues, and third‑party systems.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team standards.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize service performance.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of backend development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Golang and Python (hands‑on required).
• Experience building microservices architecture.
• Good understanding of RESTful API design.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or other container orchestration tools.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure).
• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
• Solid understanding of concurrency, multithreading, and distributed systems concepts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Pub/Sub).
• Exposure to DevOps tooling and infrastructure‑as‑code (Terraform, Ansible).
• Experience in event‑driven or streaming architectures.
• Knowledge of security best practices (authentication, authorization, data protection).
