Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain training documents, qualification records, logs, skills, certifications, metrics, and related site training records.
  • Execute site training materials, including standard work, videos, on-the-job training, testing, and verification.
  • Audit processes and training systems and provide feedback to improve compliance, consistency, and effectiveness.
  • Facilitate train-the-trainer sessions for Leads, classroom instruction, and coaching.
  • Develop and apply assessment tools to validate learning and technical capability.
  • Ensure processes are standardized across the site and aligned with business expectations.
  • Prepare reports and attend workshops, seminars, and other development activities as needed.
  • Populate and report scorecards and training metrics.
  • Maintain and communicate the Skills Matrix.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; formal training certification or relevant certifications preferred.
  • English language proficiency required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience leading or supporting the transfer of technical knowledge, processes, or operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience writing detailed work instructions.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, e-learning tools, Learning Management Systems, Quality Management Systems, and learning development tools.
  • Knowledge of training programs, technical writing, and instructional design for hourly and adult learners.

Physical Requirements:

Work is performed in office, training, plant, and warehouse environments. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Role may require exposure to weather, noise, and areas requiring PPE.

Our Offer:

The compensation for this position is typically ranges between $27-$35/Hour.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.

The compensation package may also include short and long-term incentive compensation. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes healthcare coverage, 401(k) retirement savings plan paid company holidays, paid vacation time, paid sick time, parental leave, short- and long-term disability leave, education reimbursement, and an employee assistance program.
