Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Civil Site Project Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. The Civil Site Project Manager will oversee all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Responsibilities include managing project schedules, coordinating logistics, conducting inspections, supervising site activities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong Project Management skills, including planning, organizing, and executing construction projects effectively.
• Experience with Expediting and acting as an Expeditor to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and resources.
• Proficiency in Inspection, ensuring quality control and compliance with safety and building regulations.
• Knowledge of Logistics Management, including coordination of materials, equipment, and personnel to optimize project efficiency.
• Ability to lead and communicate with multidisciplinary teams effectively.
• Proven track record of managing on-site processes within tight deadlines and budgets.
• Relevant bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; a PMP certification is a plus.
• Familiarity with construction software and tools is an added advantage.
